This website, revloss.com, is operated by RevLoss ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout and to keep your account details secure.

2. Products and health information

Our products are cosmetic hair and scalp care items. They are not medicines, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and have not been evaluated by the FDA, MHRA or any other regulator for medical claims. Individual results vary and no particular result is guaranteed. If you have a scalp condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical care, speak to a healthcare professional before using any product. Stop use and seek advice if irritation occurs. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities and refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been confirmed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. Product images are for illustration and packaging may vary.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, return eligibility and refunds are set out in our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partners. We never store your full card details. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

6. Third party fulfilment

Some products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners. This does not change your rights under these terms or your local consumer law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to RevLoss or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the site's operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a product or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
